Investors in Diversity is Ireland’s leading D&I accreditation. Achieving the mark involved a deep dive audit of our D&I policies, procedures and work practices carried out by the Irish Centre for Diversity. The Investors in Diversity programme recognises existing efforts and supports continuous progress by providing a structured framework to transform workplace practices and culture.
Marymount has demonstrated its dedication to employee well-being and engagement through several notable achievements. The organisation has been recognised as a Best Workplace in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare and received the Great Place to Work certification. Marymount has also earned ‘Psyched’ Recognition, further highlighting its commitment to fostering a positive work environment. These accolades underscore the organisations ongoing efforts to value employee voices and gain a deeper understanding of their experiences within the organisation.
