Sunflower Day Fundraiser

We’re reaching out to invite individuals and work teams to be part of something special this year by supporting Sunflower Day in aid of Marymount Hospice – a wonderful opportunity for Cork businesses to come together and make a real difference for families all over Cork.
Sunflower Day is one of Marymount’s most important annual fundraisers, raising vital funds to support specialist palliative care services for those who need it.
Every euro raised locally through Sunflower Day stays locally, directly helping Marymount continue providing compassionate care, comfort, and dignity when it matters most.
Last year, Sunflower Day raised over €29K in Cork – funding essential services including inpatient care, home care visits, and family support.
This year, we’d love you to be part of that impact.
Getting involved is simple and enjoyable:
- We’ll supply all Sunflower Day merchandise (sunflowers, pins, donation boxes, etc.)
- Your team can host a pop-up fundraising stand – either in your workplace or at a public location in Cork
- Choose a time that suits you on Sunflower Day (12th,13th of June – with flexibility if held in your own office of course) and make it your own!
It’s also a fantastic team-building experience – bringing colleagues together for a shared cause and creating a positive, feel-good energy.
