Palliative Care Week is an opportunity to raise awareness and understanding of the vital role palliative care plays in our communities. From September 6th to 12th, Marymount Hospice will highlight the importance of compassionate, patient-centred care that supports individuals and families through life-limiting illness. Through events, stories, and community engagement, we aim to shine a light on the difference this care makes every day.
