Today, we join our community in honouring the incredible legacy of the Religious Sisters of Charity, the founders of Marymount Hospice.
For over 200 years, their tireless service has shaped the care we provide here in Cork – from supporting people at the most vulnerable moments to pioneering compassionate healthcare across the city and beyond.
We are profoundly grateful to these remarkable women, and especially to Mary Aikenhead, whose courage and commitment to serving those most in need laid the foundation for everything we are today.
